On Duck And Swan: Ok, so dispite the bad reviews i went for lunch only to find that behind the dark ol' main bar there is actually a really nice eatery, just as if not better than the rose that is rated so highly. I got my food served quickly and cooked fresh. The prices are fair and the menu is a typical bistro menu. No doubt i will be back. As mentioned the decor for this place is fantastic, the food was really really good (although on the higher side of the pub bistro budget), and with the right entertainment i imagine that this place would be rocking friday,saturday and sunday. (3/31/2005 5:13:02 AM) On Lansdowne: Get value for money with the lunch time $5 meal deals, have been here a few times and food is always ready before lunch break is over.
