Attached to MG garage and Fuel Bistro, TowBar is mostly frequented by folks waiting for a table, or who've arrived early for a reservation, or those who've finished up, but want a few beers. Of course, it has the distinction of being the only pub in Sydney where you can buy a car along with your beer (of course, they wouldn't let you take it away drunk, that would just be stupid...) Bottled beers mainly, at premium prices. The main advantage of the place for us is that it's generally at a more bearable noise and crowd level than surrounding pubs during the evening, though quiet in this case is a relative term, considering it's surrounded by the Trinity and the Clock. OF course, it's within staggering distance of the Carrington, but why go there when you can be seen here?
