The situation is nice, but it really barely deserves inclusion here. A choice of only two beers, breezers and a couple of types of wine makes it a one-drink stop (especially at $5.50 for a Toohey's Dry).
The position is shady enough to be cool, sunny enough to be warm, has an engaging looking fountain and is surrounded by cafes so you can at least get some food, but if I were you I'd move on rapidly.
