There's nowhere else in the world quite like Circular Quay in the summer. Sitting at water level with the sun sinking slowly behind the imposing bulk of the Harbour Bridge, with the dazzling white roof of the Opera House behind you reflecting the colours of the sunset you can drink in the knowledge that you really are somewhere unique.
Drinks are, as you'd expect, more expensive than down at your local, but you're paying for the location.
Regular live music in summer features at the Opera Bar - it's a good vibe, and worth a visit. review by: pubguide staff
