OK, so it’s early – it’s just after six on a Wednesday, most of the admittedly fairly stylish bar is empty, but there’s still a decent buzz of conversation in the post – work wind down there’s music at kind of mid-level, popular dance unes mostly. This place is aimed for the casual professional market, definitely. Chrome stools, tables, some couches and low stools, pleanty of ‘moody’ lighting – it’s a bit sterile for me, but it’s handy if you’re nearby
Fills up appreciably while I’m there – obviously popular with office types. I have a quick chat with Dave the bar manager as I’m leaving to schedule a re-visit – I’m in a slight rush tonight.
