... of course, The memories of the place are fuzzy. I guess this is what cheap beer does to you. Simple little no pretentions pub, Island bar in the centre, a few steps up to the pool table, some seating outside. I recall Josh was a little pt out by the barman, though I'm not sure why, and I recall someone tripping over a chair and spilling beer on my laptop bag, but that's about it. Heavy night!
It would seem more people gravitate towards the Darlo Bar, this being the last pub before the St Vinny's strip and then Oxford Street, and in the other direction The Cross and the delights attendant thereto. Between a rock and a hard place? Maybe, maybe not. We'll return one of these days and put this conjecture to the test.
