Unimpressed from SydneyWe had "lunch" there today and the food was truly abysmal. The prawns and avocado contained thawed out frozen prawns that were tasteless and soggy, the chicken schnitzel was swimming in oil. Refund was given back for the schnitzel, but because the avocado had been eaten beside the prawns, no refund would be given because "she has eaten half of it". The salad was sad, but the worst thing was the attitude of the kitchen staff who did not even apologise for the quality of the food or our unhappiness, and did not think to offer us a replacement of anything else.
