The manager won't put another a/c duct in cause people keep going and not enough are complaining. If (like me) you like to breath oxygen rather than smoke, and have a conversation without going right to the back of the bar and screaming into someone's ear, you may understand why locals refer to the results of the renovations as "the Gutted Rabbit".
